Upon This Rock

The Heart of the Man that is able to receive revelation;

The Heart of the Man that has determined to give his life for His God;

Incapable though he was,

Of fulfilling the desire of this heart,

That Heart’s desire was counted unto him for righteousness.

That Heart determination, that was the foundation,

The Rock,

On which Christ would build His Church.

Imprisoned within the walls of his flesh,

The only power of his own that man is given, is the freedom of choice

Of which god that he will serve

He is then given the power to carry out the decision, which he has made,

From the god that he has chosen.

The decision that he makes will determine the foundation of his life.
